Fearing things reduces your immune system (this is why they keep you scared)
Sunscreen is bad for you and causes skin cancer
The sun is one of the most important things for your health, hardly anyone is getting enough exposure
Modern running shoes are horrible for the biomechanics of lifting and running, return to barefoot
Most clothing today has some sort of polyester blend in it (horrible for fertility)
The main ‘hack’ for muscle growth is long term consistency of lifting
Raw foods are almost always more nutritious and better digested than cooked foods
Porn is horrendous for sexual, mental, social and spiritual health of both Men and women, it should be banned
Artificial blue light is a contributing factor to most health issues today (especially when viewed at night)
You are more knowledgeable about your body than any doctor will ever be - as a function of you being the one inside it. Heal yourself.
Anxiety and Depression are temporary states, not diseases you ‘have’
Most doctors don’t know sh*t about optimising health and are merely prescription suppliers for Big Pharma
Humans don’t need vaxx-eens, especially newborn children
Most mainstream health advice is based on profitability, not optimisation of health
You don’t need surgery for 95% of mechanical issues - just to strengthen, and stretch or let the body heal itself
Almost no one is breathing properly, learn how (hint: use your nose)
Sex is a sacred exchange of energy - don’t undergo it with just anyone
Most antidepressants were shown to be as effective as a placebo (sometimes the placebo did even better), this proves you're more powerful than you think.
Cancer treatment is a business designed to maximise profit, not to heal people with cancer (once you understand how insurance and medicine ties together, it becomes clear)
You cannot "biohack" your way out of an unhealthy daily environment
People today replace religion with Science and unquestioningly believe it the same as they would a religion
The most nutritious foods are meat, seafood and eggs (not plants).
99% of news is propaganda designed to condition you, switch if off.
