What is missing
I’ll hammer this home.
You’ve already done the hardest part.
And by that I mean a part of you has acknowledged the problem you’re facing.
Following me on Twitter, joining my list, reading these emails in your breaks at work.
You’ve done a good sight better than I did.
Some backstory:
I had a privileged upbringing. I went to a top boarding school in England. I was a cricket scholar and captain of 1st XI football. But I was cocky. I got detentions for smoking and drinking and breaking rules because I knew I couldn’t get into any “real” trouble.
Then I went to university to study business with an entitled attitude. My healthy energy went into unhealthy pursuits. I swapped cricket and football for nightclubs and cocaine.

Then I went to work in London. Party boy. Yes to yummy beers. Yes to beautiful girls. Yes to colorful parties. Yes to fast food and dangerous drugs. I got cancer, had a ball removed, got back from hospital and STILL carried on saying yes to everything.
That’s why I got really sick.
And I deserved it.
There’s that famous quote:
“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. I lost three years to stomach problems, heart palpitations and acute anxiety.
One day I looked in the mirror and realized I was a poor imitation of the man I thought I’d turn out to be when I was a boy.
It was me, but not the me I wanted.
And when I did decide to try and fix things, all the money and all the time and faith I threw at medical “specialists” got me precisely NOWHERE.
What a waste.
I got there, but only because I was desperate.
The real paradigm shifts only happened when I moved away from the mainstream and started listening to Joe Rogan, reading Joe Dispensa and training under holistic health legend Paul Chek.
Everything changed.
My body, my mind, my worldview.
Today I am the man I wanted to be.
I’m the man my family wants me to be.
And I’m the man my future family wants me to be.
If you’ve read this far, my gut tells me it’s because something is missing for you.
