As I mention in the video, I am starting to change my tune with regard to supplement use.
Having advocated their utility for a while, I’m beginning to question their efficacy (vs eating real whole food).
Also
In my coaching business, I’ve found too many men are dependent on them at the expense of making real, systemic changes to their diet (like eating liver, eggs and seafood).
So, expect to see more context around the power of eating the right foods (as opposed to supplement use).
Not only am I convinced this will benefit your testosterone and overall health but also save you a lot of money.
