Formula #037: how to make your own magnesium in 10 mins (for less than $50)

Welcome back to another edition of the formula.

Yet, what’s alarming is over 75% of men are dangerously deficient.

Modern farming practices that have leeched the soils of nutrients along with heavily adulterated tap waters have nearly destroyed all magnesium content.

Sadly, you can’t rely on food anymore. You must supplement.

Here’s an easy 10 step guide on how to make your own magnesium chloride.

That'll Take 10 Minutes and Cost Less Than $50 (But Last You 6 months).

Step 1:

Buy 1kg of magnesium chloride flakes on Amazon.

German made "Zechstein" magnesium is best.

Step 2:

Buy a 250ml glass spray bottle from Amazon.

Step 3:

Buy 1 litre of glass bottled, natural water from your local store.

San Pellegrino works well but other bottled brands will also be suitable.

Step 4:

When you have the items from Step 1-3.

Grab some kitchen weighing scales.

If you don't have any, buy some.

Costs less than $20 on Amazon (or your local shop)

Step 5: 

Measure 400g of magnesium chloride on the weighing scales.

Step 6: 

Then, pour the 1 litre water bottle into an empty kitchen pot.

Apply a low heat for 2-3 mins until the water gets warm.

Step 7: 

Then, once it's warm, empty the 400g of magnesium into the pot of water.

Step 8: 

Stir well for 4-6 mins until the magnesium chloride flakes are dissolved and liquid becomes clear.

Step 9: 

Pour the dissolved magnesium chloride solution back into the empty 1 litre glass bottle.

Once that's complete, you can pour 250ml of the bottled solution into the 250ml glass spray bottle.

Then, leave the remaining 750ml solution in the fridge.

Step 10:

Screw the spray cap onto the full 250ml bottle.

There you have it.

You have your own magnesium chloride solution ready to go.

Then, every night 30 mins before bed, spray all over your body and rub it in to your skin thoroughly. Also, add a teaspoon with some water and take it orally too (tastes awful, so you’ve been warned!).

Trust me:

After 2 weeks of doing this consistently, you'll feel unrecognisable.

Sleep improves.

Stress and anxiety plummets.

Testosterone boosted.

Overall health sky rockets.
