What Vitamin Combination is Proven to Increase Penis Length and Width by Near Half an Inch?
Vitamin D3 and K2.
Here’s the study below. Great study too.
It’s rare you find results like these as part of a human-based, randomised control trial.

And, in case you’re sceptical..
No, this isn’t satire.
This is supported by legitimate science.
It’s a fascinating study.
Not only because of its obvious social implications but also because it confirms the pro-hormonal effects vitamin D and K can have together in combination.
What’s particularly interesting is that one of the study's main findings showed that both length and thickness increased.
This is a reliable sign of the androgenic (pro hormone) effects of the vitamin D/K combo, which are also corroborated by the increased libido and a sense of vitality of the patients in the study.
Although, in animal studies, K has been shown to increase testosterone.
As far as I’m aware, we lack human studies in regard to K and its effects on testosterone.
But, with that said, whilst not specifically looking at testosterone, there have been studies that have shown K to elicit extremely masculine effects on male jaws.
This could be a powerful indicator that it’s also having a sizeable impact in terms of hormone response.
And, if higher doses of K were used (e.g. the study used 100mcg daily) the effects would have been much more pronounced.
The only drawback of this study was that the daily dose of vitamin D used was high (50,000 IU).
This is at least 5x the amount I’d recommend taking endogenously (in supplement form).
For most men 2,000 to 6,000 IU is more than sufficient.
Otherwise, you run the risk of mineral and vitamin imbalances elsewhere (magnesium and vitamin A depletion and calcium dysregulation).
Also..
It may be even more effective if the D/K combo is used topically (on the naval area) rather than taken orally.
I do this with all fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) and this may also increase the effectiveness and decrease the risks of any potential side effects from D3.
Here is an excerpt taken from the study,
“In the current study, the average increase of 0.46 inches and circumference of 0.523 inches is highly statistically significant and approximately equal to that obtained with vacuum pumps or surgical augmentation"
The only known risk of large dosages of vitamin D3 is excessive blood calcium levels with potential kidney damage.
For that reason, they advise individuals taking large dosages of D3 to avoid calcium supplements.
In this current study, serum calcium levels at 3 and 6 months were all within the normal range.
The physiological explanation for the apparent androgenic (pro-hormone) effects of vitamin D3 are not simple, although plasma levels of vitamin D have been reported to have an effect on sexual maturation and growth.
