7 underrated personal research tips:

Researching is hard.

Especially when there’s so much conflicting information out there.

Trying to figure out how best to filter what’s good (or not good) can be overwhelming, to say the least.

Here’re 7 (quick) underrated tips that’ll help drastically improve your research process - whether it’s about health, testosterone, weight loss or anything else.

• Use Brave Browser, not Google

• When it comes to all things nutrition and holistic health, Western A Price Foundation website is a great starting point.

• Don't underestimate the power of forums and/or anecdotes.

• Avoid Healthline, WedMD, Medical News Today, or any website linked to a Hospital or Healthcare System like the plague

• Use PubMed for studies. Human based, randomised control trials are best (albeit not bulletproof). Take observational studies with a massive pinch of salt.

• YouTube clips are OK but most "gurus" don't cite studies, and if they do, they don't disclose the quality of the study. Also, most are biased toward what makes them money.

• Don't be afraid to experiment. Remember; worst case, nothing happens. Best case is you see benefit. Commit to a change for 2-4 weeks and track daily how you feel (digestion, skin, mood and sleep quality are good subjective markers to consider).

That’s it - quick and easy one for you today.

I hope this helps. Any questions, respond back to this email or DM me here.
