The 6-Pillar System
The most common question I get is “Simmo, what does it actually look like as a client?”
I thought it would be helpful to provide a top level overview of what you can expect from working with me.
I’ve worked tiresseley to ensure hiring me as your coach has all the elements needed to make high-T success absolutely certain.
But what it comes down to is really just two things:
Utiliziation and implementation.
First, you must USE the depth and breadth of knowledge I make available to you.
Second, you must IMPLEMENT.
This means you must do what I tell you to do.
Without these two things, you cannot and will not enjoy the benefits or the results that my other clients have experienced.
With that said, the program has a bedrock of 6 core pillars.
Supps
Understanding precisely where you’re deficient and why is the key to a smart and sustainable supplement regimen.
Light
It’s no coincidence that the ancient gods Ra, Helios and Áine were the personification of the sun. They were worshiped because light is the major modulator for all life on earth. But how do you “do” light “right?”
Sleep
Overrated for improving T: Tongkat Ali, Brazil nuts, raw onions, Ashwagandha and Fadogia agrestis. Underrated: sleep. I create personalized sleep plans for all my clients.
Movement
Movement is a form of therapy. When you move, you feel better. When you don’t, you feel worse. In the gym, form matters more than the weight. Pull matters more than push. Legs matter more than arms.
Nutrition
Several doctors tried to pin my health conditions on my genetics. Truth is, 95% of health issues come down to nutrition and lifestyle. I scrutinise your diet and create a plan you’ll stick to. If you want it to include croissants and ice cream (like mine), it will.
Breathing
A normal coach will focus on food. A good each will focus on food and fitness. A top coach focuses food, sleep, hormones, light, fitness, mental reconditioning and breathwork.
