Formula #026: 11 effortless ways to increase testosterone between 37-63%

Welcome to another edition of the formula.

In today's issue, you'll learn:

  • Quote of the day

  • 11 effortless ways to increase your testosterone 45-110%

This one is less than a 2 minute read.

Let's dive in.

Quote of The Day

I’m convinced the happiest men in life aren’t the ones who acquire the most things, they’re the ones who give fewer fucks.

This doesn’t mean not caring about other people or being lazy.

What it means is that you embrace your authenticity and choose your opinion over everyone else’s.

The secret to true fulfilment in life lies in living unapologetically.

11 effortless way to increase testosterone between 45-110%

So, this week, in the DMs, I got asked this question:

Basically, in other words..

Is there a way to boost testosterone effectively in the easiest way possible?

Now. Let me get straight on this.

I am not a supporter of this “hack” or “cheat” type of mindset.

Especially, as a man.

You gain purpose through overcoming pain and what makes you:

  • Uncomfortable

  • Annoyed

  • Frustrated

Dealing with discomfort is the making of us men.

A man who hasn't faced challenges or been through anything tough will always be weak.

I’ve been there myself. It’s not a life you want to live.

I know this is not what you want, too. You want to be emotionally and physically resilient and truly masculine.

You want to be the best support you can be for your partner or if you’re single, build mental fortitude to attract the right woman.

You know full well women want a man who has a steely composition, not pathetic and fickle.

But, that all said..

Yes, there are ways to boost testosterone with minimal effort.

And you know what?

If that means kickstarting your health and mood into a different gear to help you achieve your goals quicker.

Then, why not give you the gold to help you achieve that?

With that in mind, I recommend considering these suggestions alongside your current regimen.

(This was my exact response back to him)

My personal T favourites (currently) are:

  1. Liver

  2. Magnesium chloride

  3. Blue light blockers

For the magnesium, here’s the link.

For the blue light blockers, here’s the link.

For the supplements, here’s the link (Calcirol = D3 and Kuinone = K2)

That’s all for this Monday.

If you’re not getting value out of these tips, please consider unsubscribing.

I won’t mind and there are no hard feelings.

Alternatively, if you enjoy this newsletter, the best compliment you could pay me is to share it with others on Twitter.

Otherwise, see you again next week - same time, same place.

Your, Simmo.

P.S:

Big training week this week.

Loving my new Christian Thibaudeau-inspired training regimen using “Rest/Pause” and “Myo-Reps”
